Because all of our items are custom we guarantee only our work, not yours. Please be sure of the sizes, colors, and design work before you place your order. All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or we have made a production error.
To prevent mistakes from happening we will e-mail you a proof of your order after check-out. Be sure to review this to verify that everything you have entered/selected is correct. You have 24 hours to make any changes or cancel your order for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
Production will begin 24 hours after order is placed or sooner if proof approval is returned. Production time for most orders is 2-3 business days.
